Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping availability may vary by location.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Viansko Apparel is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Viansko Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
